Senior Occupational Therapist, based in Dublin with nine years clinical experience.

I graduated from the University of Ulster Jordanstown in 2006 with a BSc Honours in Occupational Therapy. From there I went on to work within a large rehabilitation unit gaining experience in the following areas:

  • Medicine for the Elderly
  • Orthopedics
  • Rheumatology
  • Spinal Injury Rehab
  • Neurology
  • Neurosurgery

I then went on to specialise in both Traumatic and Acquired Brain Injury.
After five years based in the north of Ireland I moved to a senior role in one of Irelands largest teaching hospitals where I am currently the Senior Occupational Therapist in Stroke Care.

I am secretary of the Allied Health Professional in Stroke Forum Dublin,
I sit on a National Acute Hospitals Seating group and I am AHP Liaison Officer for the Irish Posture and Mobility Network.
